Originally from Minnesota, he is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, singer, and beauty expert. His YouTube channel features incredible before-and-after moments, and Phoebe\u2019s story is one of the most remarkable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his latest video, Phoebe shares that she recently made a huge change\u2014moving out of her home after 49 years.
