His signature style captivated audiences, and his timeless voice still holds up as one of the best in music history.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this live black-and-white footage of Sinatra at the Kiel Opera House in St. Louis, Frank sings the classic \u2018Fly Me to the Moon.\u2019 This 1965 performance shows Frank at his height of fame and success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frank receives tremendous applause before the song starts. He begins singing, \u201cFly me to the moon. Let me play among the stars. Let me see what spring is like on Jupiter and Mars. In other words, hold my hand. He even plays along with the cameraman, making a motion like he\u2019s filming the camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, Frank scats a little over the instruments and smiles at the audience. He\u2019s in complete control of the performance, and his mastery is unparalleled. His nickname, the \u2018Chairman of the Board,\u2019 was fitting because he was the boss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frank has sold over 150 million records over his career. \u2018Fly Me to the Moon\u2019 appeared on his 1964 album \u2018It Might as well be Swing.\u2019 He also recorded this song a few more times during his storied career.
