These Talented Cats Stunned America’s Got Talent Judges – And They Might Just Be the Best Act Yet!

Who would’ve thought that cats, famously independent and aloof, could take over a stage like seasoned performers? The Savitsky Cats did just that on America’s Got Talent, leaving even Simon Cowell – a known dog lover – speechless. This Ukrainian family, led by mother-daughter duo Svitlana and Maryna Savitsky, has trained a team of cats to pull off tricks usually only seen in dog acts. From jumping through hoops and walking on their hind legs to performing what looked like cat gymnastics, these felines had the judges and audience in awe.

When Svitlana and Maryna introduced their cat act, Simon raised an eyebrow. He’s famously partial to dog acts and owns three Yorkshire Terriers himself. But as soon as the cats leaped into action, Simon’s doubts vanished. As one cat climbed monkey bars and another leaped through a ring of paper, the audience couldn’t hold back their cheers. After receiving four enthusiastic yeses, Simon remarked, “Dogs want to please, but cats? They’re like, ‘Make me.’”

Heidi Klum, impressed as well, noted how difficult it is to train cats, recounting how her own pet wouldn’t even respond to her calls. “Cats have that ‘cattitude,’ but these cats? They’ve taken it to a new level,” she said. With a massive following on social media and over 50 million YouTube views, the Savitsky Cats are well on their way to becoming one of the most memorable acts in talent show history.

Svitlana and Maryna Savitsky: Where Are They Now?

After wowing audiences in 2018, Svitlana, Maryna, and their son Misha moved from Ukraine to the United States with dreams of building a new life with their incredible feline performers. They didn’t expect the fame that followed, but it’s clear their passion for training animals has struck a chord with audiences. In fact, the Netflix documentary Inside the Mind of a Cat featured the Savitsky family, highlighting how these cats prove just how intelligent and connected they are to their trainers.

These cats have captivated audiences around the world, showing that with enough dedication (and a little “cattitude”), even felines can rule the stage. If you’re a cat lover – or just curious to see the unexpected – this act is one you won’t want to miss!
