Sultan Kesen, aged 41, holds the Guinness World Record for the tallest man, towering at 2.5 meters. He has been diagnosed with acromegaly, a condition often caused by a pituitary tumor leading to excessive growth hormone production and gigantism. Kesen ceased growing in 2011 after receiving treatment at the University of Virginia Medical Center.

Joti Amge, aged 30, stands at a mere 60 centimeters and holds the Guinness World Record for the shortest woman. She has achondroplasia, a rare form of dwarfism. On December 16, 2011, upon turning 18, Amge was officially recognized as the shortest woman globally by the Guinness Book of World Records. She notably portrayed Ma Petite in the 2014 movie “American Horror Story: Freak Show.”

Kesen and Amge had previously crossed paths in January 2018, posing together in front of the Egyptian pyramids.
