In many cases, children surprise us with the actions that they take. This story is one of those instances. What would you say if you were to imagine a four-year-old toddler going out to play and coming home with a little fawn in his arms? The situation may seem as if it belongs in a fairytale, however, that is just what happened to little Stephanie Brown at the doorstep of her home in Virginia.

When her son appeared at the door with a fawn, the woman couldn’t believe what she saw. Later on, after Dominic and Bambi were taken home by their parents, she admitted that they looked like a scene from a Disney cartoon, and she took a couple of pictures of them and posted them on her Facebook page.

Millions of internet users were able to enjoy the charming sight of the four-year-old child playing with a woodland creature after the photos were posted on social media.

In the meantime, Stephanie’s son was playing near the house and she couldn’t quite understand how the fawn had ended up there, since they were on vacation and were already getting ready to go home. While their son was playing near the house, Stephanie could not quite understand what had happened.

As for what she thinks happened between her son and the little animal, she thinks the boy probably offered it a snack, but nonetheless, they formed an instant bond, they became friends, and the boy brought his new friend home to show his mother.

As well as this, during the encounter, the fawn remained calm and unruffled throughout the entire process. A little later, Dominic did not want to let go of his newfound friend, but his mother persuaded him that the fawn’s mother was waiting for it in the woods, so Dominic finally agreed to part ways with his new friend.
