Her expressions are too sweet 🥰

The love a child has for his or her parents is one of the purest and sweetest things in the world, and as one little girl is proving, it starts at an early age. When Gabby and her younger sister Lily were just 4 and 1 years old respectively, Gabby and Lily were adopted by a couple in the U.S., and their homecoming is one of Gabby’s most cherished memories, which she recently discussed with her mother over the phone.

Thousands of people around the world are being touched by Gabby’s adorable way of telling her story, in a video that was captured by her mother, Gabby narrates how meeting her parents changed her life forever. “Well when we was born, we became two little babies, and then Lily was still a baby, and I was 4 years old,” she says, making sure she doesn’t forget a single detail.

“I got so big, and Lily was still a baby.” In addition to that, she goes on to explain that the two little ones were extremely excited when they got to meet their new parents. “We love you guys, and we want to be here for you and daddy,” Gabby continues. In awe, Gabby’s mom assures her that she is feeling the same way as her, but Gabby isn’t even close to done yet!

She leans in and whispers her next point as if she is sharing a big secret with you. “Do you know what happened to my heart?” she asks. “When I saw you… my heart fell in love with you!” Of course, her mom is quick to reply, “My heart fell in love with you too!”

The moments like these are what make parenthood so incredibly rewarding, Gabby’s parents are lucky to have such a loving daughter, and the fact that she is able to recall her adoption day so vividly just adds to the joy.
