Look at this heart touching performance by Sharon and her son Brandon. They took the stage to audition for the show, decided to perform Calum Scott’s song “You Are the Reason.” As soon as they went to center stage, judge Denise van Outen asked if their song choice had any special meaning to them. Brandon who is just 19 years old looked at his mother and tried to hold back his tears, that was an emotional explanation.

The mother held his hand as she sat by the son’s bed, then she talked and sang to him. She begged him, “Come on, Bud, come back to me. As we can see it was not his time and at that moment he woke up. Unfortunately the doctors couldn’t tell if any damage had been done to the boy’s brain due to oxygen deprivation during the entire experiment. Afterwards everyone was interested in him and wanted to know whether he was okay. At the moment when they wanted to start they gave a special look at each other.

There is a special connection between mother and son, they sing a special song which means so much to them. They managed to touch everyone’s hearts everywhere. It was hard for the jury to keep their tears. While finishing the duet tears streamed down Brandon’s face and the audience with the judges gave them a standing ovation.
After the performance host Lucy Kennedy came out from behind the stage and down the steps to the judges’ table. She went to the judges and said, “They’re mine! as she hit the Golden Buzzer.

Show host Lucy said, “Thank you both for being my Golden Buzzer. You are just amazing and I am so proud to have you both. An emotional Denise Van Outen added, “I just think you two are fabulous together. You can see the love shining through. Both of you have amazing voices individually, but together you are just phenomenal. You are the ones to watch in this competition.
