Anne Klinge’s performance on Britain’s Got Talent has left the judges scratching their heads, literally. It goes without saying that the performance put all of them “at their feet”. Following the introduction of the German native to the judges, she began putting on a show of impressive puppetry that none of the judges had ever seen before, one that had caught the attention of everyone in the room.

And the truth is that it is not a puppet show that we are used to, or as we might normally think of… And the truth is that we had never witnessed anything like it either! In the moment when the black curtain dropped to reveal Anne’s leg dressed up as a man, complete with a wig, the gasps of the audience began to rise steadily and soon Alesha Dixon announced: “Ohh no! ”

As it turns out, Klinge tells us a funny love story through foot theater, and by using music, she keeps both the judges and the audience on their toes from beginning to end. As part of Anne’s extensive repertoire, which includes operas, children’s shows, and much more, the short musical that she surprises us with is just one act from her extensive repertoire.
